Job Description:

Clementine Briarcliff, a Monte Nido & Affiliate, is a new program for adolescent girls age 13-17, which offers a model of treatment that blends the personalized and medically sophisticated care for which we are known, with the latest research and strategies for adolescents suffering from eating disorders. Located in a private residential area, this highly specialized medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical approach integrates comprehensive academic and family support within an intimate home setting. We work together to heal the entire family - instilling hope and trust. We are seeking a full-time Clinical Director to join our multi-disciplinary team at our newest location in Briarcliff, New York. Our treatment setting is intimate, with a high staff to client ratio, and an emphasis on individual therapy and highly individualized treatment. The chief responsibilities of the Clinical Director are to oversee all the clinical functions of the facility by providing leadership to the clinical staff. Our clinical staff provides ongoing, intensive individual and family therapy, as well as group therapy within our residential program. The Clinical Director will be responsible for:Leading clinical staff meetings; promoting staff development through supervisionWorking collaboratively with the interdisciplinary teamDirecting and supervising program activitiesOverseeing the admission and /or client intake process within their own locationEvaluating clinical staff based on specified performance standardsDemonstrating adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environmentProviding a safe and therapeutic environment to all staff and patientsManaging crises and on call, as well as assisting in formulating standards for patient care Desired Skills & ExperienceMinimum of a Master's degree; Licensed Doctoral level psychologists are preferredMinimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical setting isExperience in treating patients with anorexia, bulimia, exercise addiction, binge eating disorder, trauma and/or substance abuse, and who have worked in a residential treatment center are highly preferred Our employees receive a competitive salary.
