Our Client is looking for an experienced Recruiter to work out of our corporate office either in Berlin, CT, or Westwood, MA.Individual will work as part of the client's Talent Acquisition Team to manage the full cycle recruitment process for specific business units. Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, identifying, assessing, recommending qualified candidates, facilitating the interview and offer process.Candidates should possess expert knowledge of many recruiting sources (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, The Ladders, Indeed, etc.) and have experience with advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage talented professionals. Individual must have the ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines and build and foster relationships with key candidates and talent pools to deliver upon both immediate and strategic long-term talent acquisition.In addition to having strong corporate/technical recruiting experience, individual must have ability to source passive candidates as well. Individual should have at least 7-8 years of full cycle recruitment experience and a strong sourcing background. Individual should possess a strong sense of urgency to get work accomplished, be able to juggle multiple priorities, have the ability to work independently, possess excellent attention to detail and be extremely customer focused.In addition, a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent is preferred. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred, with an ability to produce HR reports/analytics. Position can be based out of Berlin, CT, or Westwood, MA. Typical hours are 8-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.7-8 years of full cycle recruitment experience and a strong sourcing background.
