It is an opportunity to learn about the organization, providing exposure to Otis' global customers and operations of the company. Otis enjoys a variety of diverse and dynamic customers including general contractors, architects, building owners, managing agents and consulting firms. Selected candidate will be given an assignment in the WHQ Key Accounts organization based in Farmington CT. This position will support the Senior Director of Global key accounts in implementing standard work processes and supporting global customer activities.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:o Organize, arrange and support meetings (including teleconferences & web meetings) & eventso Draft, review and revise presentations, word reports, excel analysiso Provide excel analysis and support; analytical thinkingo Customer site visits


Education/ Certifications:o Bachelor's Degree required in Finance, Marketing, or General Business related field; working towards a graduate business degree preferredo GPA 3.0 or higherExperience/Qualifications:o 2- 3 years professional work related experience a musto Prior supervisory/management and/or sales experience in a technical environment a pluso Demonstrated professional behavior to include high ethical standards and business acumeno Mastery of oral and written communication skillso Demonstrated experience in preparing customer presentations, managing complex excel spreadsheet analysis, leading team worko Strong interest in general management with a sales/customer service emphasiso Demonstrated prior customer satisfaction skills in a technical environmento Proponent of process improvement methodso Ability to multitask, work under demanding deadlines, and balance multiple projectso Attention to detail and excellent analytical, organizational and communication skillso Exceptional knowledge and skill with Microsoft, including Outlook Excel, Word and Power Pointo Ability to manage time sensitive requestso Ability to take direction and adapt readily to changing priorities in fast paced environment
