The F100 Logistics Program Management (LPM) organization is looking for a qualified candidate who will be trained to become a Field Service Rep (FSR).Candidate will have the opportunity to receive classroom and hands-on technical training on the F100 engine as well as shadow LPMs, Customer Support Engineers (CSE), and other FSRs.Upon completion of the training, the candidate will be placed into an open FSR position.Length of training will be dependent on candidate, but is generally thought to be 6-9 months.

Generally, the FSR will represent P&W at customer locations. Provide leadership and support to resolve technical and logistical issues involving the customer's F100 engine Intermediate and Organizational levels of operation. Interpret applicable specifications, processes, methods, procedures, technical order work packages, and other information related to maintenance and operation tasks. Required to use self-initiative and judgment to identify problems, conduct thorough investigations to determine root causes, generate recurring reports on all engine related activities, and coordinate solutions between P&W Logistics Program Managers (LPM) and Customer Support Engineering (CSE). Use technical and teaming skills to ensure customer Fleet Readiness Excellence. Maintain a sound business relationship with the customer at the base ensuring customer satisfaction.


A minimum of five (5) years propulsion experience.

Possess a high degree of tact, diplomacy, and the ability to work and cooperate harmoniously with foreign air force personnel.

U.S. Government secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Willingness to accept an international assignment for a minimum of 3-years highly desired.

Candidate must possess the ability to work independently, without technical guidance and supervision.


B.S. in Engineering or Other Technical Field.
