Bored working on the same sponsorship activation all the time? Time to change it up.

As the senior account executive on this account (a payment services client) you'll get lots of exposure to a variety of sponsorship properties. You will coordinate and work with various teams internally to ideate, curate and execute a host of events for clients, staff and consumers within sports, culinary, arts & culture and entertainment.

It will be your job to manage the day-to-day relationships for our client and plan all elements needed to create high level, experiential events. Variety, strategy, execution and partnership, that's what we're offering here.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Act as day to day contact for payment services client

* Develop new marketing activation ideas, strategies, and deliverables

* Develop tailored experiential event strategic plans

* Create detailed client presentations

* Manage numerous projects simultaneously, both large-scale custom experiences & smaller-scale turn-key events

* Coordinate with broader team on defining and managing a calendar of events

* Development and management of specific materials related to individual events, including but not limited to management of accompanying digital programs, HTML invitations, ordering of premiums, etc.

* Develop and manage relationships with internal and external partners as well as outside vendors and properties

* Lead the creation of event reports and recaps for each experiential event

* Create and manage program budgets and timeline


* Bachelor's Degree in a related field

* 2-3 years agency/client service experience

* 1 year(s) experience in specified field such as sports sponsorship, event marketing or industry-specific

* Experience in implementing marketing plans and events

* Experience with on-site management and execution

* Experience in document writing including status reports, recaps, industry/competitive analysis

* Experience creating comprehensive strategic planning decks

* Capacity to become day to day client contact

* Capacity to manage several clients and personalities

* Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal. A writing and PowerPoint assignment will be part of the hiring process

* Some budget management and/or reconciliation experience

* Ability to manage relationships with key partners (e.g. venues, vendors, suppliers, etc.)

* Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to manage multiple projects

* Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Ability and flexibility to travel domestically (25% - 50%) and weekend/holiday work as needed
