Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for managing Global accounts across a multi-state region.
* Lead the process of developing and managing strategic business plans that drive customer: revenue growth, acquisition, retention and margin profitability.
* Responsible for the overall sales strategy and sales activities.
* Accurately forecast sales opportunities, and deliver monthly sales and revenue quota to ensure profitability goals are achieved/exceeded.
* Directly supervise multiple Sales Managers to establish employee performance goals and measurements, and partner with them to obtain results.
* Conduct regular account reviews with direct reports to ensure maximum sales efforts.
* Form long term relationships with "C" level decision makers to maximize business opportunities.
* Strategically analyze the market to determine sales growth potential required to reach revenue targets and improve sales penetration within market sectors and key customers.
* Participate actively in regular sales calls and bid reviews as appropriate and contribute to the rapid growth of sales, demonstrating excellent sales management and closing skills to the team and Conduct sales presentations to executive decision-makers as needed
* Understand our Client's position, industry, how they differentiate themselves in their market. Leverage CenturyLink capabilities to architect solutions that help our client's business grow, enter new markets, save cost, or mitigate risk.
* Responsible for directly interfacing with customers including escalation of issues
* Conduct sales presentations to executive decision-makers.
* Build talent pipeline, coach, train, motivate and grow direct reports
* Possess strong hiring skills to maintain a team of top talent.

Basic Qualifications:

* Must have a minimum of 5+ years of successful Sales Management experience within the Hosting/Managed Services/High Tech industry in a sales management role; directly leading a sales team.
* Must have extensive knowledge of all Voice, Data, and IP products with an understanding of Hosting and Cloud products and services a strong benefit.
* Strong communication skills, leadership, analytical and decision making skills.
* Must be highly driven, competitive and lead by example.
* Account planning skills and the ability to effectively develop and execute a sales strategy plan.
* Ability to align resources to develop compelling business case and value proposition.
* Must possess the ability to recognize business needs within varying organizations, in all customer prospects and existing account base.
* Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
* Ability to travel as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Established relationships with key decision-makers within assigned region and market segment.
* Demonstrated extensive experience in the Hosting and Cloud enterprise space.
* Experience in managing Global customers.
