Job Description:

Pharmaceutical Sales Representative As one of our Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives you will target, promote and sells pharmaceutical products and services to physicians and other specialized medical or healthcare providers. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative you will promote innovative products to new as well as maintain some existing physician groups and develop relationships with new physician groups to achieve your sales goals as well as corporate objectives. As a member of our Pharmaceutical Sales Rep team you will provide quality healthcare and pharmaceutical consultative product service, coordinate and integrate outside alliances, as well as market our pharmaceutical products to fit patients needs. Pharmaceutical Sales Rep Duties and Responsibilities: * Physician Customer focus/Building Positive Relationships-Penetration of large accounts and identifying key decision makers. Creative thought process in developing a customer base. * Create territory plan including goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grant/education proposals, etc. for key customers). * Gain product acceptance/compliance with managed care accounts. * Scientific understanding of clinical papers. * Working with physician customers in seeking out potential patients and some patient profiling as well as maintain knowledge of long term pharmaceutical trends and patterns to create sales growth. * Utilize consultative skills in assisting phyisican with their business and priviate clinics The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative opportunity we have: * If you become one of our Pharmaceutical Sales Representative's you will penetrate small and some large accounts while identifying the key decision makers. * You will see influential physicians who may have only a few minutes per visit from pharmaceutical sales representatives. * As one of our Pharmaceutical Reps you will learn how to deal with objections from physicians, gain healthcare professional acceptance and compliance in hospitals or managed care accounts. * As a one of our reps you will need to know how to balance time needed in front of customers in order to achieve expected results. * As one of our Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives you must know how to plan and know how to compete and win in a competitive market place. Pharmaceutical Sales Rep key Skills; * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. * Clear, articulate and grammatically sound speech. * Strong focus on providing customers with superior support and service. * Ability to learn, understand and communicate complex pharmacology information. * Strong rapport building skills and active listening skills. * Excellent selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills. * Ability to communicate complex technical/medical terminology and to maintain the required technical training including competitive product knowledge. * Must be self-motivated and disciplined. * Good organizational and planning skills,strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Must be able to deal with people at all levels within our healthcare system.
