Job Description:

Promotional products distributor/ Print broker In Larchmont, NY is growing and looking for a strong Administrative Assistant and a Sales Support position. Ideal candidates will provide a full range of customer service, clerical and office support. Specific duties will be based on your skill level and experience. Small 5 person casual office with reserved free parking. Skills required for success:Knowledge of ESP promotional products industry software a BIG plus and will be compensated appropriately, however it is not required.Quickbooks for light bookkeeping.Strong organization skills to systemize and maintain sample room.Excellent Word and Excel skills. Ability to proficiently use mail merge a must. Powerpoint is a plus.Strong project management skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and independently.Constant Contact and social media skills a plus.Help choose and maintain a new CRM program.Salary is negotiable based on experience.
