Job Description:

Retail Sales Associates drive sales of Canon printers within a well-known, consumer electronics retailer. You will be responsible for achieving target sales goals by directly engaging and selling to retail consumers. RSRs are responsible for product knowledge, promotion, strong relationships, and ultimately product sales. In addition, collecting and reporting on in-store activities, competitive information as well as maintaining brand presence at retail through merchandising, display maintenance/cleanliness and POP.Description:• Must have sales and/or marketing background along with consumer electronics experience• Knowledge of consumer electronic industry and sales experience a plus• Previous experience in retail industry preferred• Ability to directly engage retail consumers to achieve goal of selling 1+ unit per hour in-store• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong presentation skills• Enthusiastic, outgoing, highly motivated, work well independently• Sound time management and organizational skills• Must be highly reliable and pay high attention to detail• Strong computer skills (database, MS Office, etc.)• Availability to work weekends is required• Must complete all scheduled and agreed upon shifts• Must have internet/email access for reporting purposes• Must be comfortable working with company issued Tablet device for data collection and reporting• Must have reliable transportation• Completion of online & training calls coaching brand, sales, and overall program trainingHiring Requirements:• MUST be available to work on Saturday AND Sunday from 11AM-6:30PM (Each shift is 7.5 hours)• Must be available during key holiday hours (Black Friday, week of Christmas, etc.)• Must have a smartphone• Must clear a background check and drug screen• Completion of a brief HireVue (webcam) interview
