Residentail Property Manager
As a Goldfarb Properties General Manager, your high level of customer service, project management skills, budget expertise and employee leadership will enable you to have a direct influence on the bottom line and overall success of the business. You will interact with internal teams, residential and commercial tenants, and external vendors to ensure that physical property needs are well managed. A significant portion of your time will be spent in the field visiting properties to ensure that property improvements, contract services, as well as in house staffing exceeds expectations. You will manage multiple projects and tasks, some routine, others involving construction and capital improvements, on time and within budget. Annual operating budgets, strategic plans for capital spending, monthly reporting, and invoice processing are also among your areas of proficiency. You will direct the activities of the Facility Manager, Leasing Manager and Director of Security as you manage 39 buildings on over 30 acres of property. Our ideal candidate has a Master's degree, 5 or more years of relevant property management skills, financial acumen, expert level organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must also have a deep desire to "own" your career by providing first-class service to clients and teammates. You must have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and are excellent with technology in general. Yardi experience is a big plus. The ideal candidate will have a positive "can-do" attitude and be equally versed in a Facility/Maintenance background as well as contemporary marketing and leasing strategies.
