Job Description:

Our mission is to create "Loyal Two's Fans Forever" by providing outstanding customer service! We are currently adding another exceptional "People Person" to our outstanding Customer Relations Team. PURPOSE: To increase sales, customer retention and satisfaction, and company's competitive advantage by contacting our customers and letting them know we miss them and that we care that they haven't ordered with us recently. We want to know why. A successful Customer Focus Specialist will possess a positive and upbeat attitude while working toward the retention and winning back of former customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Customer Focus Specialist objective is threefold ?? Stage one - to contact our customers, let them know that we notice they haven't ordered with us recently and let them know that we CARE! ?? Stage two - by having an open dialogue with our customer, try to ascertain the reasons behind their absence ?? Stage three - based on our information gathering, attempt to provide them a path back to Two's - we would like another chance. REQUIREMENTS: ?? 2 years telemarketing and/or customer service experience ?? Strong conversational skills, able to establish rapport with our customers ?? Strong work ethic with the ability to work methodically and execute a high volume of calls ?? Experience in a Call-center environment a plus ?? Call-center technology knowledge and other relevant software applications desirable ?? Proficient Computer Skills, typing/keyboard, and Microsoft Outlook
