Position Summary Known for its scientific and operational excellence, Regeneron is a leading science-based biopharmaceutical company that discovers, invents, develops, manufactures, and commercializes medicines for the treatment of serious medical conditions. Manage the design, development and maintenance of Veeva and associated salesforce enablement platforms to support critical brand launch, territory management, coaching, events, data and reporting capabilities.

Manage implementation roadmap for Veeva salesforce automation and associated technology, working closely with sales leadership and support teams, including Enterprise IT groups. Hands on execution of critical programs and initiatives to support sales capabilities in an integrated and secure manner. A dynamic leader with strong execution skills, technology and salesforce platform experience. Partnering closely with Sales, technology vendors, Security and other functions.

• Partner within Commercial IT, across marketing teams and others implement marketing technology to support business requirements
• Inform and assist development of the vision, with head of commercial IT, for sales enablement technology
• Anticipate and proactively identify process gaps or platform gaps to inform future requirements, projects, and innovation opportunities
• Hands on, direct daily leadership of key platform and integration projects and programs, maintenance and support for the Veeva sales platform
• Effectively partner with and manage key suppliers and vendors
• Represent Commercial IT and sales technology requirements on key enterprise projects
• Lead selection and implementation of tools for field and commercial users needs
• Develop and implement technical standards for compliant use of data for sales, working closely with legal, compliance, operations teams
• Ensure all efforts are done in an agile manner
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree; and at least 5-7 years of experience in industry.

Critical Skills
• Strong commercial business acumen and ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to nontechnical groups
• Experience working with sales technology and implementing to field based users
• Strong collaboration mindset, problem solving abilities
• Experience with Veeva and/or platforms
• Experience with data integration for sales reporting
• Clear communicator, natural change agent
• Experience leading agile development efforts and fast paced technology teams
• Experience successfully implementing multichannel marketing systems and integrating data from consumer marketing platforms
• This is a hands on role helping the team design, implement and support critical platforms
• Experience working with Enterprise Architecture teams to support functional needs
