Position Overview:

Within The Hand Tools & Storage Division Of Stanley Black & Decker We Are Currently Looking For A Human Resources Manager To Join Our Team. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Act As A Strategic Partner To The Business, Engage Employees, Develop Talent And Work On Short And Long Term Strategic Projects.

The Human Resources Manager Will Be Responsible For A Broad Range Of Functions, Included, But Not Limited To All Recruiting Activities For Hand Tools And Storage, Partnering With Senior Leaders In A Segment Of The Division To Provide Complete Human Resources Partnership/Support, Talent Development - Including Facilitation Of Training, 360 Reviews And Annual Reviews.

This Position Requires A Four-Year Degree In Human Resources, Business Or A Related Field And At Least Six Years Progressive Human Resources Experience In A Corporate Environment. Ideal Candidates Should Have Strong Generalist Experience, Including Recruiting, HRIS Data Entry Experience, Knowledge Of Federal Employment Laws, A Passion For Understanding And Partnering With Business Leaders, Facilitation Experience And Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills.

Major Responsibilities:

* Partner With Sr. Leaders And Act As Human Resources Partner/Point Of Contact

* Provide Full Human Resources Support To Client Group Including Talent Development, Organizational Planning And Career Development

* Responsible For All Recruiting Activities Across Hand Tools & Storage Division In US

* Responsible For Talent Development/Training Activities Across Hand Tools & Storage Division

* Creating And Leading Unique Employee Engagement Activities

* Maintaining HRIS System Ensuring Accurate Data For Client Group

* Partnering With Human Resources Employees Across Stanley Black & Decker Globally To Share Best Practices And Ensure Effective And Efficient Processes

* Act As Face Of Human Resources - Answer Day To Day Questions, Both Simple And Complex From Employees

Position Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree In Human Resources, Business Or A Related Field

* At Least Six Years Working In Human Resources

* Strong Human Resources Generalist Experience/Knowledge

* Experience Partnering With Leaders To Provide Exceptional Human Resources Support

* Experience Facilitating Or Co-Facilitating Training Classes

* Strong High Volume Recruiting Experience

* Strong Excel and Power Point Skills Required

Preferred Qualifications:

* PHR - SPHR Preferred

* Experience Working In A Global Environment Preferred

* Ability To Travel Up To 10% Of The Time

* Organizational Planning Experience Preferred

* Medium - Large Company Experience Preferred

* Experience With PeopleSoft Preferred
