The Commercial Aftermarket organization is seeking a Manager, General Business Support reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Solutions. In this key role, the Manager, General Business Support will:

* Lead Commercial Aftermarket strategy process and drive strategic and part delivery improvements.

* Influence and support key spares initiatives, including inventory optimization, demand planning, part recovery and workstop burndown, and sales campaigns affecting the P&W Spares.

* Lead the development of new growth initiatives and spare parts partnership opportunities for Commercial Aftermarket

* Support financial planning and profit assurance activities

* Participate in operations / supply chain reviews, demand planning meetings, and Program reviews. Qualifications Demonstrated capability developing growth strategies, commercial partnerships, and commercial deals. Experience working with operations entities (internal factories, supply chain). Excellent analytical skills evaluating commercial deals, financial forecasts, and operational performance.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work with senior executives, and to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability for Continuous Improvement and use of ACE tools.

The candidate will have the responsibility to brief senior managers as well as CE and Aftermarket Senior Leadership to seek internal alignment and buy-in for deployment of strategic activities. Education BA/BS degree in relevant field

MA/MS/MBA degree a plus

Minimum 10 years of business experience.
