The Associate Brand Manager, Lipton Brand Building, will be responsible for supporting the Lipton Portfolio, specifically driving execution of Lipton's core campaign, leading brand activation in Foodservice channel, and supporting development of Lipton's long term innovation pipeline. He/she will act as a brand steward and will collaborate with various cross functional partners, including Unilever, Sales, Insights, PR, Finance, Supply Chain, field teams, foodservice, and external agency partners.


* Drive the execution of Lipton's core campaign with lead entertainment partners and celebrity talent

* Manage relationship with partners to successfully deliver on Lipton's key campaign objectives including custom integrations, national promotion, and creating brand experiences to build consumer engagement

* Develop digital content leveraging celebrity talent to drive key brand messaging and consumer participation in national promotion

* Collaborate with Field Directors and influence regional marketing plans to support Lipton's programming locally

* Partner with PR and agency teams to build buzz-worthy activities that generate excitement around brand's programming

* Lead grassroots sampling to support trial and event activations to drive brand relevancy with influencers and consumers

* Lead Lipton's commercial planning and brand activation within the Foodservice channel

* Collaborate with Foodservice leads to build custom Lipton programming with priority customers

* Develop Foodservice branded merchandising and customer toolkits

* Lead activation of Lipton events and experiential sampling at designated accounts

* Support development of Lipton's long term innovation pipeline with Brand Development team

* Partner with the Consumer Insights team to leverage consumer and market insights, custom research and syndicated data (i.e. IRI) to develop brand propositions

* Collaborate with key cross-functional partners including Packaging team, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to ensure a viably marketable product

* Successfully manage project milestones and shepherd key innovation projects through North American Beverage's (NAB) Stage Gate system


* Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred with Marketing concentration

* Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, innovation, or strategy preferred with undergraduate degree or 1 year of experience in marketing, innovation, or strategy with graduate degree

* Excellent multi-tasking, project management, and prioritization skills a must

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Ability to translate data into actionable insights, strong analytical skills and passion for knowing the business cold

* Strong personal presence and experience influencing internal and external partners. Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships

* Passion for leading extended teams, and agency partners to think and operate differently to identify transformative activation plans.
