Company Overview:

WorldQuant is a quantitative asset management firm founded in 2007 and currently has over 450 employees globally. We develop and deploy systematic financial strategies across a variety of asset classes in global markets, utilizing a proprietary research platform and risk management process.

Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to the following):

* Administrative tasks and projects in various areas of Human Resources, including document tracking in excel and HRIS upload, running and updating reports

* Collating, packaging and shipping campus recruiting materials for career fairs

* Organizing and auditing physical employee files, including I-9's documents

* Help to prepare for the arrival of new hires, visitors, and transfers (prepare new hire documents, create employee files, schedule meetings & setup desks)

* Order business cards and order books for employee library

* Assistance with flight and car service bookings

* Prepare FedEx packages; fax and scan documents as needed

* Other tasks and projects assigned by the Human Resources team

Job Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or other relevant field

* Self-driven and organized

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Team Player

* Experience with Microsoft Office-Excel, Word, PowerPoint
