We are currently seeking a SAP Deployment Team Member reporting to the Deployment Senior Team Lead. Deployment Team member is responsible for contributing to the EWM deployment across the organization. Participating in the testing and implementation of the EWM solution.

Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

* Contribute as a team member to meet project deliverables including:

o Site mapping

o Site readiness

o MIT/MAT testing

o Cutover

o Go-live/Hyper-care support

* Leverage business experience and relationships to document and support change management related activities

* Perform testing of integrated processes including documentation

* Identify risks and suggest mitigating actions in a timely manner

* Support market acceptance testing of the new solution

* Create and/or localize end user documentation and training materials

* Train factory resources and support go live preparation activities

* On the ground support of the implementation sites during go-live and hyper-care

* Participate in the deployment programs activities as needed

Qualifications

Key qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:

* In depth knowledge of the Warehouse Management procedures and requirements for NWNA

* Excellent understanding of the warehouse logistics process

* A minimum of 2 years' experience with warehouse and/or production operations

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Experience at training others

* Strong work ethic

* Ability to internalize system concepts and relate them to business processes

* Results oriented

* Experience either in template go-live or in change management from the market go-live

* Strong Communications skills

* Good technical writing skills

* Must be able to travel as needed up to 80%
