Job Description:

Industry leader specializing in cleaning High Volume Restaurants, Hotels, Resorts and Golf/Country Clubs throughout the East Coast is looking for a Full-Time Hands-On Supervisor with flexibility; combined 3rd shift and early to mid-morning hours in Hartford and the surrounding area. An incredible opportunity to join a winning team!!This person will be responsible for Account Management, Customer Retention, Customer Service, Trouble Shooting, Orientations, new start up and Facility Management. Customer Service, Quality Control, Contractor Complaints, Janitorial and Restaurant Management experience A PLUS!!Duties will include, but are not limited to:*Checking multiple accounts to ensure cleaning has been properly done on-site.*Addressing and resolving complaints from General Managers and/or Owners.*Replace Subcontractors at new and existing accounts as needed.*Interaction with clients to provide superior customer service.EOE - Candidate must pass successful criminal background check and drug screening.Candidate must be physically able to perform the essential duties.Compensation package includes:Competitive Wage and Gas/Car Allowance, 401K, Profit Sharing, Retention Bonuses, Spot Bonuses, etc.Job Requirements:*At least 2 years of experience in cleaning/food service supervisory role.*Janitorial/Maintenance knowledge/experience in Restaurant Industry preferred.*Must be able to work flexible hours (3rd shift) and travel.*Must be able to clean and help crew as needed.*Experience with high volume commercial janitorial services for chain retail cleaning is a definite plus!*Experience in proper floor care techniques.*Reliable transportation to travel to various account locations at any given time.*Great customer service skills, troubleshooting skills and team work ethic.*Ability to effectively interpret and apply policies and procedures.*Ability to successfully manage multiple duties.*Good organizational skills.*Bilingual is required (English/Spanish).*Must be on time with work schedule and submitting reports.*Must be able to make decisions and correct issues with crew on the spot.
