Job Description:

The Robert E. Morris Company, a regional distributor of CNC machine tools, tooling and accessories, and related engineering and support services, is seeking an ambitious and conscientious Sales Contract Coordinator to report to our Windsor, CT office. This role will provide exciting opportunities to work for a dynamic company in a fast-paced, growing industry. The Robert E. Morris Company is a division of Morris Group, Inc., one of the largest machine tool distribution networks in North America. Job Responsibilities The Sales Contract Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the execution of contracts for the sale of machine tools; including analyzing the order and related paperwork and issuance of order acknowledgements to the customer. This position communicates with customers, vendors, sales personnel, and other internal departments to provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution is in accordance with company policies. Other duties include, but are not limited to:Preparing contract change notices and monitoring contractor performanceMaintaining audit files for each contract, including original contracts, correspondence, purchase orders, amendments, and payment schedulesEnsuring contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, and disseminating information to appropriate employees regarding contract statusEnsuring customer commitments are executed as planned and exhibit ownership of problems, including coordinating with appropriate departments when necessary for resolution of problems to ensure customer satisfactionPossessing and maintaining knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company Job RequirementsAssociate's degree in Business Administration; Accounting background a plusStrong customer service skillsThree years of experience in contract administration; familiarity with contract policiesHighly-detailed and organized; able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business related programs, as necessarySolid written and verbal communication, listening, customer service, and team skills Benefits The Robert E.
