**Functions: **Develop Client Relationships and Revenue

* Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
* Network by leveraging past relationships, going to trade and association meetings, civic meetings and any other avenue that produces results in the territory.
* Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
* Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
* Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed


* Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients.
* Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, marketing techniques, etc.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

**Create Presentations**

* Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of client and product that meets the need.
* Submits proposals and contracts.

**Track Results**

* Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
* Forecast and track key account metrics
* Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.


* Contributes to team effort and works as part of the team.
* Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.


* Proven sales management or other relevant experience.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive.
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* BA/BS degree or equivalent.
