Job Description:

Busy small business seeking a Part-time Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities:Answer inbound telephone callsExpedite and Manage Purchase OrdersMaintain an organized filing systemsData entryDraft correspondences and other formal documentsGreet and assist onsite guestsPerform all other office tasks Qualifications:Previous experience in office administration or other related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail???Strong organizational skills Position is 25 hours a week, Monday- Friday, 9-2pm.
