Kforce's client, a very reputable health insurance company in the Farmington, CT area is seeking experienced Inbound Customer Representatives to join their team on a seasonal basis.Responsibilities Include:

* Handling inbound phone calls, from prospective members, current members and other participants regarding but not limited to enrollment, eligibility, benefits, billing and health services policies and procedures

* Acting as the customers' advocate by providing assistance to resolve customers' issues and problems

* Understanding and maintaining working knowledge of customers' products, services, departmental systems, software, policies and procedures

* Researching and analyzing customer concerns to determine root causes and trends

* Documenting calls properly in departmental systems and software

* Collaborating with Management and other areas of the organization to identify areas of customer dissatisfaction and trends concerning issues

* Performing other related projects and duties as assigned

* Post High School education/training or equivalent combination of education and experience

* At least 2 years of previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

* Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

* Previous system user experience in a highly automated environment

* Strong personal computer skills

* Demonstrated analytical skills desirable

* Excellent telephone manner; ability to handle high volume of calls efficiently and courteously

* Ability to perform in office environment with extended periods of sitting, using telephone, viewing computer screens, standing, reaching, and lifting files, binders, and computer reports
