The marketing team at Pratt & Whitney is looking for a Customer Value Manager to serve on a team of industry experts that understand what drives economic value for airline operators. You will work closely with customers, partners & across our commercial teams to help unlock value for customers and drive growth for Pratt & Whitney.


* Build & update economic tools that quantify the value of our products & services from an airline operator perspective.

* Drive global sales campaign strategy by collaborating with sales directors & commercial teams on the strategy and analytics to support customer campaigns.

* Promote product & service offerings by leading the analytics & understanding the value levers that best positions Pratt & Whitney to deliver for customers.

* Train employees & customers in understanding economic models and tools that help quantify the impact of our game-changing technologies

* Capture market insights by learning with customers to understand the key assumptions & levers that drive economic value.


* 5+ years of industry experience (commercial, marketing, or finance preferred)

* Ideally, you have experience in airline operations, aircraft performance & analysis

* Strong technical acumen - ability to understand jet engine design & architecture, you'll be spending a lot of quality time with our allies in engineering

* Strong financial acumen - ability to build & assess economic models

Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other master's degree preferred.
