Join the LEGO?? Group as Customer Service Advisor in our Consumer Services area and play a key role in providing a branded and engaging experience to our consumers. We are looking for enthusiastic multi-lingual speaking professionals for our inbound call center.

**Building lasting customer relations**

• Professional and positive interactions with consumers via phone, email or letter in English and French

• Accountable for accurate and timely documentation in our database of all consumer contacts

• Work independently as well as strong collaboration with colleagues to meet and exceed individual productivity/service standards as well as team goals and objectives

• Native proficiency level in English and French language

• Proven skilled relationship-builder with consumers and team-mates

• Highly organized, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

• Self-lead individual, who is motivated to take ownership and resolving issues

• Must be available to work ability to work weekend and holiday shifts during and after training as required in order to support our consumers

• Shifts: 8:30AM-4:30PM shift
