Provide pro-active and consistent contact with clients. Manage client expectations regarding service requests. Able to resolve service, processing and administrative issues within expected time frames. Has strong client and project management skills and may participate in projects. May make decisions based on established operating procedures to ensure objectives are met. Serve as key (or one of key) day-to-day client contacts for assigned plans. Handle most service requests from clients, plan sponsors, policy holders, internal and/or external constituents. Execute on strategic action plans to improve customer satisfaction improving overall retention. Directly accountable for overall administrative service results including customer data transmission, participant transactions, ERISA advisory service, Plan Year End services etc. Matrix manage Analysts, Consultants, Help Desk and others to ensure desirable service results are achieved. May work with business partners on new business transitions, installations and data conversions ensuring their integrity. May identify, recommend, and implement conservation approaches to enhance asset retention. Basic Requirements:

Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

Must have at least 3 years experience in a customer facing Retirement Services role

Preferred Requirements:

• College Degree

• 3 years experience in a customer facing Retirement Services role
