We are looking for talented Shift Managers to join our team. HRG is a 51 Taco Bell restaurant franchise group located in three states. We are a growing organization and are looking for Shift Managers to join our team and to have the opportunity for career development and advancement. We are looking for shift managers that are positive, have good communication skills and good people skills. You must have these skills to be a successful Shift Manager at Taco Bell. Expectations and Requirements of a Shift Manager: 30-40 hours per week in the restaurant (part-time positions may also be available)1 year supervisory experience in a food service environmentAbility to control labor costs, food costs and other restaurant management costs.Beyond business skills, Shift Managers are required to be team builders - you must have good people skills.You must be able to motivate others, create a positive environment, handle conflicts and encourage your team.Please do not apply if you believe you don't have strong people skills. Shift Managers Job Duties: Open shifts, closing shifts and mid-shifts.Control labor costs and food costs during your shifts.Build, motivate, and train a team required to provide great service to guests.Manage cash policies, meal policies, paperwork and other shift management responsibilities.
