Multi-faceted Danbury bus mgmt. and publishing firm looking for a part-time Personal Assistant. Candidates must be organized, detail oriented, and experienced with Microsoft Office Outlook as well as computer savvy. We want a person with an upbeat professional manner and great interpersonal skills. The position will entail a variety of daily tasks including answering phones, internet work & research, filing and organizing, correspondence writing and email, scheduling of appointments and supporting other office staff.
