Responsibilities associated with this position include but are not limited to opening and closing work orders in iDesk equipment management database, answering phone, running various reports, logging equipment problem calls, dispatching technicians, payroll, maintaining personnel files, tracking and clearing vendor purchase order issues and other duties identifed by manager.

+ Assists in the execution of a standard process connected to both Biomedical and Imaging parts purchase orders, including reviewing and approving purchase order requests, receiving parts and processing exchanges and returns.

+ Works with the on-site team and Purchasing to ensure part purchase orders as well as cores and returns are processed correctly and timely to result in excellent service and cost avoidance for the specific account.

+ Monitors compliance, to include National Agreement suppliers and shipping methods.

+ Receives parts in the system once delivered; works with team and Purchasing on verification and issues.

+ Reviews and processes restocks and warranty returns in the system; provides needed information to Purchasing for completion.

+ Delivers feedback to the team to ensure restock and warranty returns are properly communicated.

+ Provides timely follow up and issue resolution with parts and/or return and exchanges.

+ Assists Purchasing team with resolution of payables issues

+ BA/BS in Engineering, Management, Business or related field.

+ 2+ years healthcare experience, preferred.

+ Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

+ Great written and verbal communication

+ Strong Administrative skills

+ Must be able to organize work day to complete assigned task timely

+ Assist Technology Manager with overall office management

+ Must also present a professional and positive appearance to represent Aramark and client
