What you will be doing?
-Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
-Meet and greet clients and visitors.
-Prepare and setup meetings and conferences.
-Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Working hours: 8-5
What are they looking for?
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
-Professional verbal and written communication skills.
-One to three years of clerical experience.
-General understanding of proper telephone adequate.
