* Looking for fast paced non-traditional environment? Passionate about providing stellar customer service? Due to our growth, we are adding positions to our call center in New Haven.

* The Reps working in our Non-Traditional call center will respond to inbound telephone inquiries and email requests from Higher One accountholders. Customer service representatives serve as the first contact with cardholders. They assist customers with questions and issues regarding their accounts.

Skills/Requirements

* 1 to 3 years call center experience and data entry experience required.

* Good listening skills required.

* Must possess basic math skills.

* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; professional phone manner and ability to handle customer complaint calls.

* Previous banking experience bank and/or customer service experience is helpful.

* Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking a plus.
