Kforce's client, a local Privately Owned Construction Company, is currently seeking an Office Manager for their Yonkers, NY Location.This position will supervise and manage overall front office activities.This position will also manage a full range of accounting operations, including:

* Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

* Payroll processing and reporting

* General leger entries

* Month end closing work

* Account Reconciliations

* Reporting to management

* Produces and prepares financial reports, balance sheet, income statements, job cost analysis, bank reconciliation, cash flow, and bank deposits

* Bachelor's degree

* Knowledge of the construction industry, construction documents/contracts and ERP software is absolutely required here

* At least 10 years of previous experience in business administration, office management and/or accounting role

* Thorough understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

* Excellent communication (written, verbal and electronic) skills

* Proficient with Microsoft Suite; accounting software; extensive experience with preparing reports and spreadsheets

* Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with company and business contacts
