Position Summary

This position is responsible for the administration of the company's comprehensive compensation philosophy and strategy to deliver competitive compensation aligned with Fujifilm Medical Systems USA's business model. The role will reside within HR and partner with senior management across the organization to gain buy-in, and approval for, progressive compensation strategies and processes that drive business objectives while remaining within budgetary guidelines.

General Duties and Responsibilities

* Administration and implementation of competitive compensation structures and processes enabling our organization to attract and retain the right talent at the right price.

* Drive the movement towards a pay for performance environment while monitoring the effectiveness of our pay for performance framework.

* Perform analysis and present findings to the compensation committee continually assessing market conditions and pay practices to ensure competitiveness of internal compensation levels.

* Provide input to our sales commission plans to drive the right behavior(s) leading to increased revenue and profitability.

* Market price roles to assess our external competitive positioning as well as analyze impact on internal equity.

* Advise and assist on the reward aspects of initiatives related to the management of people and their performance.

* Streamline and automate internal processes and wherever feasible, replace manual systems to assist managers in reporting requirements.

* Manage and drive year-end compensation processes including merit and incentives.

* Develop strategies to utilize HRIS data/metrics to better serve HR Managers and senior leaders in understanding trends, costs, potential impacts and risks.

* Conduct training and education on compensation programs and year-end processes.

Job Requirements



* Undergraduate degree with emphasis in HR or related field required; (SPHR, CCP) certification preferred.

* Experience in compensation with emphasis on development and implementation from start to finish of companywide compensation programs and processes.

* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the area of compensation development and administration.

* Has led large scale organization-wide projects.

* Proven ability to develop and communicate compensation strategies to all levels within the organization.

* Solid foundation of reward and recognition theory.

* Highly developed knowledge in the design and management of compensation plans including grading, base pay structures, incentive pay, and sales commission plans.

* Consultative skills and ability to lead and work on cross-functional teams.
