The HR Senior Coordinator role will partner with and support Corporate Functions (Finance, Communications, Legal, Public Affairs, Human Resources) - approximately 1,700 direct employees (over 11,000 global employees). The role is responsible for supporting the Corporate/Global Groups and Functions HR team on core HR Processes, HR inquiries and escalations, critical projects and data reporting and analysis, partnering to ensure HR systems are updated and accurate, and providing administrative support to the team's VP/HRBP.


* Partner with Total Rewards (HR Operations) function to ensure the integrity of employee data in global HR systems including auditing and corrections

* Support HR Core Processes including reporting and system entry in My Performance & Development, Business Objects and other systems as needed

* Work with business leaders to provide guidance on Manager Self Service transactions

* Provide project management coverage for global projects with ability to understand data and insights

* Compile and analyze general statistics and other data reports

* Manage HR Town Hall meeting planning and logistics

* Manage all aspects of large and small team meetings and conferences (e.g. IMPACT), including logistics, agenda and presentation support

* Support day to day general HR inquiries and escalations

* Work with HR COEs to solve complex employee questions regarding benefits, leave and payroll

* Maintain organizational charts, phone lists and email distribution lists

* Provide administrative support to Global Groups/Global Functions, VP/HRBP, including calendar management, meeting scheduling and support, Travel & Expense support and other support as required


* High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

* Prior HR and Project Management experience a plus

* Advanced/proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

* Ability to multi-task and manage through competing priorities

* Excellent written and oral communications skills

* Ability to handle extremely sensitive and business confidential information

* Ability to work independently and within a team environment

* Proactivity work to organize, respond to needs and anticipate what is needed by the individuals for whom she/he supports

* Flexible and able to work under pressure to include tight deadlines and multiple projects with strong organizational skills

* Strong attention to detail and interest in building a career in HR
