Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

* The Secretary will perform a variety of general office duties to assist the corps officers.

* Use fax, internet, email, written log books, computer and answer telephones, route calls, schedule clients appointments, greet patients and visitors, The position will also be responsible for normal maintenance of office equipment and ordering of office supplies.

* Order food for the food-pantry and soup kitchen

* Pay bills, prepare statistical and financial reports related to social services

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma, GED or Certificate equivalent

* One to Three months of related experience

* Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos

* Ability to write correspondence

* Ability to present information in one-on-on and small group situations

* Typing skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
