Global Services & Manufacturing Engineering (GSME), an ACE Gold organization, is looking for a dynamic leader to manage all aspects of Aftermarket Business Unit support, including all worldwide overhaul and repair centers.This position requires the management of multiple customer priorities and projects in a globally distributed organization supporting P&W's worldwide commercial customer base.

Responsibilities include:

* Represent GSME to the Aftermarket Operations (AMO) Management Team, and the Aftermarket Operations Business Units.Work with the GSME team, the IPMTs, and the Aftermarket Operations (AMO) management team to define repair options and impacts to program or operational issues.

* Drive reduction in cost of ownership by working with Aftermarket customers to identify expanded repair opportunities and improvements in shop productivity.

* Interface with Customer Technical Services (CTS) leadership, Component Integrated Product Teams (CIPTs), and other engineering organizations to support AMO operations' needs.

* Manage finances by creating budgets, execution plans, and staffing plans to support the OMM planning process. Determine and execute hiring and outsourcing needs.Manage budgets for aftermarket sustaining engineering and business growth programs across all AMO business units.

* Manage and report technical and budget progress to meet customer expectations for budget and delivery performance, and reporting norms.

* Execute the Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) process for supported customers.Manage execution and customer expectations to ensure a delighted customer.

* Work with the rest of the GSME management team to determine the strategic path for the organization, and provide leadership to execute on that path.Through the ACE toolbox, drive continuous improvement activities and robust root cause investigations to ensure GSME and P&W continue to deliver world class customer and shareholder value.

Qualifications Minimum ten years engineering experience.

Experience and understanding of project management and effective budgeting / planning.

Excellent team leadership, communication skills and customer focus.


BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing).

MS or MBA a plus.
