Job Description:

Essential Job Functions: * The Manufacturing Technician works with the customer engineering team to track action items, assist disposition of product issues, obtain and validate project metrics, organize meetings and other functions and provide data gathering support. * Follow up with phone calls and face to face discussions * Organize meetings and functions and developing project schedules * Insure accuracy of metrics and project results * Communicate issues and provide lessons learned * Generation of action item lists and follow through to closure Secondary Job Functions: At QuEST, we often challenge our team members to temporarily work outside the scope of their primary job functions to broaden their skills and help the organization. Some of these roles, tasks, and opportunities include:* Execution within multiple services * Project Management: Execution and Support * Develop work instructions to ensure repeatability * Cross-functional teams * Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Qualifications * AS or BS in MIS, Business or related field with 2+ years relevant experience preferred * Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, required * Experience in organizing meetings desired * Experience in gathering and reviewing metrics preferred * Some shop floor familiarity is preferred. Physical Requirements & Work Environment: * Mostly Office Environments. * Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work. * Heavily regulated industries with strict adherence to procedures. * Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early. * Typical 8 hour days plus lunch/ 40 hour weeks/ core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM * Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
