Takes ownership for situations Primary Duties: • Troubleshoots problems and provides or obtains a timely resolution • Answers calls related to PC and host applications, hardware capabilities and connectivity problems • Fully functioning technical resource for trouble-shooting problems and developing timely and effective responses related to application systems, PC software and hardware capabilities • Understands established service level agreements, and effectively works to meet or exceed those standards • Identifies and communicates operational issues, provides input regarding appropriate solutions and effectively implements the chosen approach Knowledge of Windows 7, Office 2013, and Ticketing Systems (Remedy) a plus
