The Agency Sales Representative is the Company's "Ambassador"to its independent policy issuing agents. Perform Agency related sales andmarketing activities and strategies in the designated sales territory withinthe Agency Division. Target and develop new quality agency relationships thatmeet Stewart's Independent Agency Standards. Consistently build and enhanceexisting agency relationships, revenue and profitability within the salesterritory. The Agency Sales Representative should always work to improve thequality and profitability of the agency network in their territory.

* Develop and pursue Agency sales and marketinggoals and strategies.

* Target and solicit non-Stewart agencies todevelop new quality agency relationships to drive revenue to Stewart.

* Build and enhance relationships with existingagencies who have multiple underwriters to increase premium revenue andprofitability within the sales territory.

* Perform all due diligence and investigationnecessary to identify qualified new agency candidates.

* Assist prospective agents in completingagency application documentation.

* Obtain completed agency application and allother documentation required by the agency approval process.

* Submit approved agency applicationdocumentation into SureClose system.

* Follow up to complete the agency applicationprocess for new agencies and obtain approval of the new agency.

* Complete set-up and initial training of newagencies.

* Provide new agencies with all approved accessto and training on Stewart's agency related websites and software systems.

* Introduce new agencies to all applicablelegal and underwriting personnel.

* Complete required agency visitations andcomplete Agency Visitation Checklist at least once per quarter.

* Complete Policy Inventory Reconciliations forall agents in the sales territory at least once per year.

* Monitor and assist agencies to ensurecompliance with Stewart's Independent Agency Standards.

* Ensure agents' compliance with all relevantlicensing and other regulatory requirements.

* Identify red flags and take immediateappropriate action to advise Stewart management and to minimize liability orexposure to Stewart.

* Keep agencies current on all relevantinformation about Stewart and all products and services available to assistagencies to be efficient and profitable.

* Keep agencies current on monthly remittanceof premium and policies.

* Plan and participate in customer events,training and seminars.

* Keep Agency Services Manager advised of salesactivities and results within the sales territory.

* Promote all relevant Stewart products andservices and demonstrate their benefits and value to agents.

* Promote Stewart's national and local webinarsand demonstrate their benefits and value to agents.

* Maintain and continually update the generalagency data base for the sales territory.

* Knowledge of the Division's applicable ratesand forms and ability to answer customers' questions regarding same.

Other related dutiesas Stewart management may require.

* Knowledge of local real estate customs andpractices.

* Must be technology literate and open tochanging technology; Knowledge of title, title insurance, agency claims, agencyaudit and agency related technologies.

* Practical knowledge of consultative salestechniques.

* Good business acumen.

* Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.

* Effective problem solving, planning andorganizational skills.

* Ability to exercise discretion andconfidentiality.

* Ability to travel.

* Must be able to exercise independent judgmentfor business opportunities;

Must be able to usecustomer service skills in high stress situations and maintain poise.

* Completion of an undergraduate degree in anequivalent field or industry sales experience is required.

Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in the title or real estate industry which includes experience inconsultative sales techniques.
