SAGE Dining Services?? is seeking a Full Time Deli/Salad Prep Cook for a day school in West Hartford,CT.

The Deli/Salad Prep Cook prepares daily all of the items for the deli and salad bars which are offered to the entire school community. In addition, the prep cook may be called upon to assist with other menu items assigned by the chef or managers. This person will also attend to the food stations to ensure customers enjoy fresh, plentiful and artfully presented dining options, as well as assisting team members in service of lunch.


* Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

* Some catering and weekend hours for special events, advance notice is given

* Self starter required, little to no "hand holding"

* Knife Skills preferred

* Reliable transportation

* Attention to detail


* Providing excellent teamwork in the kitchen

* Prepare foods following recipes

* Follow all sanitation protocols

* Keep all areas clean

* Follow duties as assigned
