Talent Acquisition Consultant/Sourcer (Temporary)
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for finding qualified candidates for assigned position vacancies utilizing a variety of tools with particular emphasis on social media venues. The Sourcer will conduct initial screening and refer qualified and interested candidates to the assigned Recruiter. You will be responsible for building pipelines of talent, maintaining relationships both internally and externally, and developing innovative strategies for attracting candidates. As needed the Sourcer will perform various other responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition process including administrative components. The Sourcer reports to the Director, Human Resources. This is a temporary position based in our East Hartford office expected to last approximately 6 months.
