Positioned on the showroom floor, the Sales Consultant is expected to utilize the Sales Process at a high level, be best in class in product knowledge, and demonstrate the ability to build rapport with our customers like no other retailer in the industry. Able to exceed individual gross profit, loyalty and unit goals, the Sales Consultant ensures that no customer leaves without a transformational shopping experience that includes a complete solution that is right for them.

* Ensure that we have the most knowledgeable employees around our products and services in the industry by completing all required training courses for the Sales Specialist position.
