Reporting to the Regional Vice President, Sales, Middle East & Africa, Commercial Engines (CE), the selected individual will be the responsible customer focal point for certain customers located in Middle East & Africa. The Sales Director defines and implements winning campaign strategies for identifying, negotiating and capturing new engine business and long-term maintenance contracts. In addition, accountability includes developing and executing strategies across P&W's Aftermarket businesses for maintaining existing business, as well as achieving profitable growth within the assigned territory. Expected to share vision, gain consensus and lead cross-functional customer focus teams in support of proposal development for all corresponding commercial initiatives.

Other critical responsibilities include:

* Supporting/leading ACE teams for the Integrated Sales Proposal Process and/or other ACE initiatives within CE Sales,

* Developing strong customer relationships at assigned accounts/territories,

* Establishing, maintaining and extending relationships with airframers, government and regulatory agencies, leasing companies and other industry players to promote P&W CE products and Services,

* Providing customer leadership and strategy as the single-point expert on customer organization, and

* Collaborate effectively with P&W and UTIO teams based in the assigned region.

Education BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent w/10+ years' experience MA/MS degree w/7+ years' experience preferred
