* Able to demonstrate leadership skills and manage multiple tasks.

* Demonstrate good written and verbal skills.

* Demonstrate good people skills, handle and resolve employee related problems.

* Be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP

* Set Truck Routes, assign drivers when necessary, secure relief drivers for absent drivers and schedule coverage for all extra activities or special trips.

* Close orders and complete Truck line up

* Communicate all important information with depot managers

* Pick orders and load them onto trucks.

* Organize product on shipping floor. Assist employees in other areas.

* Neatly and accurately fill out necessary documentation (i.e. HACCP-CTS).

* Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area in accordance with GMP and Good Housekeeping practices.

* Must adhere to all GMP and Food Safety Policies and Practices Communicate with co-workers and supervisors.

* Follow all JSA and work instruction guidelines.

* Coordinate with other departments and other production facilities.

* Move palletized product using forklifts and tow motors.

* In-yard moving of trailers and tractors.
