Pratt & Whitney Military Engines F135 Program Office is looking for individuals to serve as project managers for the activation of engine depots in Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America.

This position will support the development of business relationships and lead the P&W and Supplier team in managing the standup of maintenance capability at F135 depots, which could include facilities in the U.S., Europe, Asia, SW Asia and the Pacific.

The successful candidates will lead cross functional teams consisting of representatives from support equipment, quality, customer support engineering, facilities, security, test cell, and other functional disciplines. The team's objectives will be to establish depot engine, module, and item repair capability at military and commercial maintenance, repair, and overhaul facilities in time to support F135 program requirements. The selected individual will be responsible to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the government Joint Program Office, Pratt & Whitney management, international commercial and organic depot facilities, and internal P&W functional groups.

This position supports P&W Military Engines, F135 Program Office, and is located in the P&W East Hartford, Connecticut, facility.

Qualifications Required experience includes: Expertise in developing, implementing and managing complex projects; familiarity with Government and/or commercial depot or repair operations; ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams; ability to use the ACE operating system to apply lean techniques in an overhaul/repair environment; advanced Excel, PowerPoint and other analytical tools; and demonstrated analytical skills coupled with global business perspective.

Familiarity with engine maintenance programs, operations, sustainment and logistics, and P&W's aftermarket business is also desired. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal, presentation, writing and interpersonal skills. A working knowledge of International Trade Compliance required; BAER experience desired.

Frequent overtime and international travel will be required.

Education Bachelor's Degree with 6-10 years of experience in project management or product support.
