Manage the human resource function for an assignedcustomer group/location including the

administration of policies, procedures, compensationbenefits and the hiring/selection process.

Job Duties:

Supports the Human Resource strategy and correspondingHuman Resource business plan

Manages daily human resource activities for assignedcustomers. Administers/Maintainsemployee records for accuracy.

Develops in collaboration with customer, sourcing andselection processes for immediate/future needs

Administers assigned benefit plan(s) (i.e., health,medical, pension, tax sheltered annuity programs). Functions as the keyprocessing liaison with broker or external vendor, including responsibility forthe financial processing/billing of the program.

Analyzes regional results (i.e.: retention/turnover) anddesigns and implements appropriate actions. Monitors employee climate; identifies and evaluates issues/trends

Along with the Vice President, Human Resources, counselscustomer's management and employees on human resource matters includingemployee relations/job performance issues, compensation, benefits, and policyinterpretation

Identifies training needs and assists in the design oftraining programs to meet those needs. Trainsbranch management staff on the administration of human resource programs,policies and procedures.

Participates with selected educational, governmental andprivate agencies as a public interface representing the Agency

Responsiblefor Performance Management: position description assessment/analysis(structure of process and rates, content of descriptions); performanceevaluation program (structure of process and alignment with Agency'sobjectives); and alignment with the Agency's Development and Training

Responsible for HumanResource Policy/Employee Relations: policy content and consistency; alignment with governmental agencies

Provides support to the HRIS function, including dataentry, report generation and back-up responsibilities

Responsible for the HR material contained within theAgency's intranet and website in addition to the modification of HRforms/documentation.

Responsible for Human ResourceCommunication:

Key contact as it appliesto HR communication with Agency affiliates; responsible for the Agency'semployee survey program; responsible for the HR and Agency's orientation program and/or alternatives

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administrationor related field or commensurate experience in Human Resources ( six years ofHR generalist or Administrative experience with concentration in benefitadministration, staffing or employee relations)

Certification: PHR or SPHR preferred

Experience: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) computerliterate. Working knowledge of ADPprocessing system preferred.
