Customer Experience Manager - Events

Customer Experience Manager - Events is enthusiastic and passionate about Creativity, People and Arts and Crafts. The Customer Experience Manager - Events' primary focus is customer engagement and is responsible for ensuring that an exceptional level of customer service is experienced by each customer. The Customer Experience Manager - Events is responsible for driving customer experience levels in the building by cultivating an atmosphere ("retailtainment") that exceeds the customer's expectations.

Replenishment Manager

Replenishment Manager is enthusiastic and passionate about Creativity, People and Arts and Crafts. The Presentation Replenishment Manager focuses primarily on the areas of Receiving, Replenishment and Merchandise presentation. The Presentation Replenishment Manager has primary responsibility to ensure that the customer finds Michaels fully stocked and maintained at the highest level of presentation and that all planograms are set correctly in a timely manner.

Customer Experience Manager - Operations

Customer Experience Manager - Operations is enthusiastic and passionate about Creativity, People, and Arts and Crafts. This position performs all office functions including recording, processing, verifying and maintaining records of financial transactions for the store as well as performing and/or supervising the receiving and price change functions. This position performs Manager On Duty (MOD) coverage for days and weekends and carries a perimeter and POS management key. The Operations Manager will share primary administrative support responsibilities with a part-time Support Specialist. On days the Support Specialist is scheduled, the Customer Experience Manager - Operations' primary focus is on driving the overall operational excellence of the store and MOD activities.

Framing Manager

The Frame Department Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the Framing Department. Also, is responsible for understanding and executing Michaels framing programs, including the Work Flow Production System. And responsible for taking orders, providing exceptional customer service and the production of orders. Serves as Manager on Duty when assigned and authorized to carry a perimeter key and POS management key. Performs overall store management duties along with opening and closing the store when scheduled.
