The NGPF 30K Industrial Manager will be required to ensure all aspects of the Manufacturing Production Readiness are achieved by:

* maintaining the Industrial Master Plan for the program development and production transition phases

* working with CIPTs to assess industrial risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure quality and delivery requirements are met

* develop a build plan

The candidate will become a member of the cross-functional Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT) and an integral part of the Integrated Program Deployment (IPD) process. Employee will support all program activities with the coordination and maintenance of the program industrial plan with CIPTs, Module Centers, Partner Companies and Global Supply Chain. This position also gives the candidate the unique opportunity to have regular contact with Pratt & Whitney's external customers. The candidate will support the program's delivery, quality, and cost goals, including focused effort on EVP learning and flight test engine deliveries. This position will promote teaming with the Program CIPTs, Systems Chiefs, Quality Manager and engine customers.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: delivery schedule assurance, supply chain sourcing & capacity assessment, transition of product and processes from development to production.


Superior written and oral communication skills and demonstrated leadership skills required. Detail and results oriented with good problem solving skills. Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities. Understands strategic and business implications and works to provide best P&W solutions. Must have demonstrated experience working with executive level management. High energy, dynamic individual who strives for continuous improvement using ACE Tools. Extensive proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications and SAP. Education Bachelor's degree and MS or MBA (preferred) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering or related field with a minimum of seven years' related experience. Manufacturing, Project or Program management experience preferred.
