The Leadership Program prepares MBA graduates for leadership roles within Otis. Successful graduates of the program will be prepared to assume full general management responsibility for an Otis operation.

The 24-30 month program is designed to broaden the participants' understanding of Otis, its market and its customers while developing leadership, project management, problem solving, and decision-making skills. This unique program affords an opportunity to learn about the organization, providing specific exposure to the service, sales and operations of the company to ensure the development of full leadership potential.

Participant assignments include positions with customer-facing responsibility in our sales and field operations. Assignments provide exposure to Otis' business and an opportunity to display leadership in a P&L environment. Otis enjoys a variety of diverse and dynamic customers including general contractors, architects, building owners, managing agents and consulting firms.

Selected candidates will begin their initial assignment under the guidance of regional general manager or regional sales manager, and will report directly to the branch manager. The assignment will give the candidate proficiency in service, sales and management of a branch operation. During your assignment participants will receive assessment, networking, mentoring and development opportunities.

Upon conclusion of the leadership program we expect participants to assume a leadership role at the branch level in a line, senior regional staff, or a general management position. Participants of the leadership rotational program must be willing to relocate within the region upon successful completion of the program.

Qualifications Candidates will possess the following hiring and performance criteria as a base. Hiring Criteria

* Possess a graduate business degree

* GPA 3.0 or higher

* Prior supervisory/management and or sales experience in a technical environment a plus

* Demonstrated professional behavior to include high ethical standards and business acumen

* Mastery of oral and written communication skills

* Strong interest in general management with a sales/customer service emphasis

* Demonstrated prior customer satisfaction skills in a technical environment

* Commitment to safety as a first priority

* Proponent of process improvement methods

Performance Criteria

* Demonstrates an understanding of his/her coursework and applies it to the workplace

* Provides valuable input to his/her superior when needed
