The Director of Communications will lead the strategic development, planning and execution of all internal communications to stakeholders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ?? Work with business leaders to identify company initiatives, news and information to be communicated. ?? Develop, lead and implement communications plans to ensure messaging is timely, relevant, and accurate for each audience. ?? Coach and mentor regional communications teams to ensure clear, timely communications. ?? Lead continuous improvements to communication technologies. ?? Track and measure level of engagement and content consumption; identify strategies to increase readership and adoption. ?? Accountable for internal publications team performance and productivity. Requirements The successful candidate will have: ?? Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. ?? 7+ years related work experience. Experience necessary for effective job performance: ?? Must have the ability to deliver under high pressure deadlines. ?? Excellent communications and Team leadership skills. ??
