The Sinage Specialist position will work with signage suppliers to develop products that support the brand image. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage national signage programs and liaise with regional office staff on the management of regional signage programs. Assist franchise owners and Development Agents (DAs) with signage information to maximize use of signage while ensuring landlord criteria and city codes are met. Work with local sign companies to ensure corporate specs/logo reproduction are met. Process approval paperwork. Seek and evaluate new signage suppliers as well as signage products and technology to ensure that franchisees are offered the most impactful and current signage opportunities to maximize visibility. Update specifications and operations manual signage information as needed. Provide information to field staff via the Corporate Communications team. Prepare information packets for international franchisee training. Source information and approvals from the Legal and Creative Services Departments ensuring proper logo use. Review questionable store opening signage photos, making appropriate corrections and/or provide approval for DA commission. Requirements The successful candidate will have: Associates or Bachelors degree in Fine Arts or Business preferred. 1+ prior years relevant work experience. Ability to read floor plans and elevations a plus. Experience necessary for effective job performance: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, using outside sources for technical information. General office knowledge with a working knowledge of MS Office and basic PC technology. Some knowledge of current government energy standards and requirements as well as sustainability trends and practices helpful. Note: We sincerely appreciate your interest!
